How information is used for seller inquiries, buyer auction alerts and this website.

Information you provide
The seller consultation form asks for your name and phone number. Email, city, situation and timeline are optional. You can also provide information directly by calling or emailing C&C.
The buyer auction alert form collects the name and contact details you provide, together with your selected email and/or text alert preferences. The matching email address or mobile phone number is needed for each channel you choose.
How C&C uses it
C&C Auction and Liquidation LLC uses your details to respond to your inquiry, discuss your commercial assets and timeline, assess whether a project is a fit, and manage the next steps. Consultation details are stored in C&C’s HighLevel contact and seller management system. Buyer alert details and selected preferences are stored in C&C’s HighLevel contact system and used to manage upcoming auction announcements through the channels you choose.
Service providers and linked services
The website and consultation form use HighLevel / LeadConnector technology to support hosting, form submission and contact management. When you follow a bidding link, you leave this website and enter HiBid or Proxibid, each of which operates under its own terms and privacy practices. The reviews page displays selected public Google reviews.
Website data and tracking
Website and form services may process technical information needed to load pages, submit forms and operate the service.
C&C uses Google Analytics 4 on ccauctionco.com and www.ccauctionco.com to understand visitor traffic, pages viewed and interactions such as scrolling, outbound links and file downloads. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes website activity, device and browser information, and approximate location information. Preview pages are excluded from this setup.
C&C's Analytics tag is configured with Google signals and advertising personalization disabled. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and seller notes are not configured as Analytics event data. A click to call or visit HiBid represents an interaction, not proof of a completed call, bid or purchase.

Communication preferences
A consultation request does not enroll you in marketing text messages. Contact C&C if you want to update your details or change how we follow up with you.
Buyer auction alerts require a separate choice of email alerts, text alerts, or both. Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, bidding or receiving services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop email alerts. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to deliver C&C’s messages and operate the signup service.
