What helps us evaluate the equipment? Overall photos, model plates, known condition, missing parts, measurements, utility information and removal restrictions. If something hasn’t been tested, tell us that. We would rather work with an honest unknown than a guess.
From the dining room to the back of house.
A restaurant transition can involve much more than one oven or refrigerator. We start with the equipment, its condition, site access and the time available, then discuss the appropriate scope and sale format.
Kitchen & bakery equipment
Commercial ovens, pizza ovens, mixers, steam kettles, cooking equipment and stainless preparation tables.
Refrigeration & prep
Commercial coolers and freezers, refrigerated prep stations, display refrigeration, ice machines and bins.
Dining & service assets

Your equipment. Your location. Your timeline.
1. Show us the assets
Share your location, a few photos, equipment makes and models when available, and whether you are selling selected items or planning a broader restaurant closure.
2. Discuss the sale plan
We review the inventory, authority to sell, timing and available auction arrangements. Fees, responsibilities and scope are agreed before the project proceeds.
3. Plan pickup & removal
Site access, loading, disconnection requirements and your property deadline belong in the plan. Confirm who is responsible for each part of removal.

Can we discuss a full restaurant closure or just surplus equipment?
Yes. Tell us whether you are closing, relocating, downsizing or selling selected commercial assets. The appropriate scope and sale approach depend on the inventory and project requirements.
What should I send before our first conversation?
Your Florida location, a few photos, an approximate equipment list and your deadline are a useful start. Include known condition issues and access restrictions. You do not need a complete catalog before calling.
Can restaurant equipment be sold through an online auction?
C&C conducts online auctions for commercial assets. We discuss whether an auction is suitable for your equipment, available time and site arrangements before agreeing to a project.
Do you guarantee a sale price or clearance date?
No sale price is promised on this page. Sale terms, deadlines and removal responsibilities must be discussed and agreed for the specific project.
